This is an R Markdown format used for publishing markdown documents to GitHub. When you click the Knit button all R code chunks are run and a markdown file (.md) suitable for publishing to GitHub is generated.
You can include R code in the document as follows:

Note that the
echo = FALSE parameter was added to the code chunk to
prevent printing of the R code that generated the plot.
Notes on Workflow from R Markdown to Post
- Name your .Rmd according to your post name here :
- knit your .Rmd to rmarkdown::github_document
- Upload the resulting 2020-05-19-testpost.md and its files into github. The md goes into _posts the files folder goes into assets/posts/.
- Change the yaml header of 2020-05-19-testpost.md according to our standards and change the paths in the .md into
